One week to go!

Today marks one more week until the Sony Playstation 5 is released here in Australia. I was lucky enough to get a launch unit from a local retailer here called EB Games.

I know a lot of people had issues getting a launch unit and pre-ordering but I personally found it fairly easy. The day before preorders opened EB Games sent out an email explaining how they will work and to follow them on Twitter and Facebook to know when preorders go live. I of course did this and was glued to my phone the morning of the official announcement and managed to preorder a standard console.

I’ve actually taken both the 12th and 13th off work so that I can play all day and take some product shots of the PS5 when I get it. Along with the console I’ll be getting Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Spiderman Miles Morales which will keep me busy until the end of the year.

I’ll share some impressions when I get the console so keep your eye out for that post!
