Despite it being 2 months since this second trailer released, I figure it’s not too late for me to share my thoughts since I also shared them on the first trailer.
Along with this trailer there has been some new leaks that look very promising if true and it’s enough to get me excited for what this game could possibly be. The story doesn’t look too over the top and has a more serious nature like GTA IV was like, the world also looks amazingly detailed and varied.
Gameplay looks to be very solid and if it’s true that we carry weapons like how it’s done in RDR2 then I’ll enjoy the realism a lot. One thing that will greatly improve how much I like the game is our vehicle, it seems based off trailers that a pickup truck is Jason’s main form of transport but I’m hoping we get the option in this game to actually change and assign a personal vehicle rather than being stuck with the one they decide like in GTA V.
When watching the trailer the first thing that really stands out is the graphics. I’m not 100% sure if this trailer is made using the in game engine but if it is, this game will look absolutely amazing even on the PS5. Being that it’s rumored that GTA VI will be at its best on the PS5 Pro, that also helped convince me to finally give in and get one (haven’t bought one yet but will soon).
With the game being roughly 9 months away, I’m really hoping we get some more news in the coming months to help give even more info and build excitement.
