Back to Good Booking

In recent times WWE hasn’t exactly been known for its amazing booking. A few of my favorites like Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley especially had some question bookings in the past few months.

Drew had gone from being this near unbeatable monster who was more about fighting than talking to more of a history teacher. Bobby was also the type who’d take on any challenge and destroy anyone in his way but once he got the title, started acting my like a chicken shit heel using others to do his work. I’m happy to see both men are now back to much better bookings.

I’m not sure if their bookings will continue to get better but one can only hope right. I think if rumors are true and we do see Drew drafted to SmackDown later in the year to face Roman for the Universal title, this will be a REALLY good feud I’ll enjoy seeing.

In a recent interview Roman actually referred to Drew as the number 2 guy in the company. For Drew to beat Roman, it would be huge and would really be a great way to make an even bigger star out of Drew. As for Bobby, he almost feels invincible right now. If Big E was to cash in on Lashley, we’d need an opponent that could really wear down Lashley so Big E can come in and make it a successful cash in. Otherwise I can see the Almighty Era going well past Survivor Series.

Since his return his booking hasn’t been the greatest but I’m happy to see Keith Lee back regardless.

I’d really like to see them build up Keith Lee as a challenger for the WWE Championship. I know when they move people up from NXT they tend to make them run with the Intercontinental or US title before going for the world titles but I personally don’t see the need with him.

Let’s just hope we keep seeing Keith Lee and Karrion Kross facing other and both getting the wins rather than each other!
